Complaint-by-Complaint Breakdown
Complaint 1: “It doesn’t work quickly.”
Brainwave audio responses vary, and some people may notice nothing at first. Consistent use over weeks is the fairest test.
What we found: [Your notes]
Complaint 2: “The marketing is overhyped.”
The sales page shows a price ladder from $200 to $39 and uses phrases like “rev up your brain power.” These are standard sales tactics.
What we found: [Your notes: Did the product match or fall short of the marketing?]
Complaint 3: “Bonuses aren’t explained.”
The sales page lists “Quick Start Bonuses” without naming them.
What we found: [Your notes: What bonuses appeared after purchase, if you know.]
Complaint 4: “The testimonials aren’t real.”
The official disclaimer says user experiences may be dramatized using digital avatars, and some featured people may have a personal connection to the creators.
Our view: it’s disclosed, which is better than hiding it, but your own trial matters more than any testimonial.
Complaint 5: “The refund terms are confusing.”
The policy mentions “original packaging,” which is generic ClickBank wording for a digital product.
Our view: keep your order receipt. The 90-day guarantee runs through ClickBank.
Complaint 6: “It’s only sold online.”
That’s true. It isn’t on Amazon or in stores. Buying from the official site keeps you covered by the guarantee.
