[Looking for Passionate Undergrad Teammates to Build and Grow an Eco-friendly Routine App Startup]
Hey Reddit! 👋
We’re a university-based startup working on an exciting project called Routine Nature – an app designed to help users reduce their carbon footprint through personalized, eco-friendly daily routines. We’re looking for undergraduate students who are excited to join us from the ground up and be part of the entire journey, from building the idea to scaling it into a successful business.
About the Project: Routine Nature – The App That Saves the World
Goal: To build a sustainable lifestyle platform that helps users reduce their daily carbon emissions and adopt greener consumption habits.
Problem: Most people aren’t aware of how their daily activities affect the environment, and they lack easy solutions to offset their carbon footprint. This hinders progress towards global sustainability goals like SDG 13 (Climate Action) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption & Production).
Solution: Routine Nature analyzes users’ daily activities—like commuting, energy use, and diet—to measure their carbon footprint. Then, it offers personalized recommendations to reduce it, from eco-friendly products to sustainable lifestyle habits.
Key Features:
Custom Routine Analysis: Track habits like commuting and energy usage, and get real-time carbon footprint analysis through AI.
Carbon Offset Suggestions: Receive recommendations for eco-friendly products and low-carbon lifestyle choices, personalized to your preferences.
Progress Visualization: See your impact on the environment, and share your achievements on social media to inspire others.
Market Potential: The demand for eco-conscious living is growing fast, and we’re targeting the MZ generation and environmentally minded consumers.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re in the early stages of developing Routine Nature and want to bring on board undergrad teammates who will be involved in every step of the process, from idea building to growth. We’re looking for people who:
Are passionate about sustainability and want to create meaningful impact 🌍
Have skills in app development, marketing, or business strategy (or are eager to learn!)
Can bring innovative ideas and work well in a team
Are ready to take on the challenge of building and growing a startup from scratch
Want to be part of a Korea-USA based project with global ambitions
This is a student-led startup, and you’ll have the chance to make a real difference while gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of startup life—from developing the product to scaling and marketing it.
