저의 next phase는 #앤틀러코리아입니다. :)
최종적으로 앤틀러 코리아 3기에 선발되게 되었습니다!
#글로벌창업사관학교 B.M 수업에서 봽게 된 HyungSup(HS) Kim 상무님의 소개로 Antler에 대해 알게되었고 앤틀러의 독창적인 방식과 vision에 홀린듯 지원하게 되었습니다.
그리고 최종 합격까지 하게 되었네요 😁
최종 인터뷰를 마친지 3시간이 채 되지 않은 시점에, 합격 전화를 받았습니다. 그리고 저에게 기대하시는 점과 준비가 필요한 부분에 대해서 피드백을 주셨습니다.
굉장히 세세하고 심도있는 평가를 해주셔서 만약에 떨어졌다 하더라도 이런 피드백을 받는다면 그것만으로도 굉장한 이득이라 생각이 들정도로요...
앤틀러에서 저에게 기대하는 점은 이렇습니다.

더 발전적이고 전략적인 사고

아울러,
제 도메인에서의 value chain에 대한 연구와 아이템의 구체화도 준비해야겠습니다.
첫번째 인터뷰에서 Junyoung Roy Jang님께서 해주신 조언도 기억이 납니다.
"필요한 지식은 그때 그때 습득하면 됩니다."

My next phase is #AntlerKorea :) Finally, I was selected for the 3rd batch of Antler Korea!
I found out Antler thanks to HyungSup(HS) Kim who I met in my B.M. class at Global Entrepreneurship Academy. I was so impressed with Antler's unique approach and vision. And I finally got pass from Antler 😁.
Less than three hours after my final interview, I got the call from Antler's partner that I got passed. He gave me feedback on what he expected from me and what I needed to prepare for. I thought, "Wow, that's a really detailed feedback. Even if i couldn't get passed, that would be going to be really good asset for me."
Here's what Antler expect from me.
Expertise in my domain (shipping)
A desire to start a business
Comprehension
On the other hand, here's where I need to be more prepared.
More advanced and strategic thinking
Immersion for a given time period
further, research on the value chain in my domain and and materialize the business item are needed.
I also remember the advice Junyoung Roy Jang gave me in my first interview.
"you can aquire the knowledge at the moment you need."
